Job Overview
Legacy Community Health invites applications for the role of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, an integral position within our Administration Department. This role is pivotal in supporting our clinics situated in Beaumont,TX. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level human resources support and strategic consultation to both employees and management, shaping HR practices while fostering a collegial and innovative workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for employees, serving as a consultative advisor to both peers and leadership on HR practices.
- Engage and consult with management for staffing projections and assist in designing proactive staffing plans with support from the HR recruiting team.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR policies, ensuring adherence to legal requirements while aligning with business objectives.
- Provide consultative advice on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Family Medical Leave, ADA, FLSA, and other regulations.
- Participate in manager and department meetings to stay informed and provide HR expertise on projects and issues.
- Serve as mediator for resolving employee difficulties, grievances, and implementing solutions.
- Support team collaboration to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Possibly manage staff, overseeing performance assessments and supporting professional development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of HR experience is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of HR experience within a healthcare or similar setting is preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification, or SPHR is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management practices, including employee relations, workforce planning, and coaching.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse management levels and communities.
- Exemplary communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation are required.
